IGI Named One of Minnesota’s Fastest Growing Technology Companies in Deloitte & Touche Fast 50 Program

MINNEAPOLIS, MN — September, 2003 IGI has been named to Deloitte & Touche’s prestigious Fast 50 program for Minnesota, which is a ranking of the 50 fastest growing technology companies in the area by Deloitte & Touche LLP, one of the nation’s leading professional services firms. Rankings are based on the percentage of growth in revenues over five years, and will be officially released September 19, 2003.

To qualify for the Fast 50, companies must have had operating revenues of at least ,000 in 1998 and million in 2002; must be public or private companies headquartered in Minnesota; and must be “technology companies” defined as companies that own proprietary technology, manufacture a technology product, or devote a high percentage of effort to the research and development of technology.
Winners of the 19 regional Fast 50 programs in the U.S. are automatically entered in the Deloitte & Touche Technology Fast 500 program, which ranks the nation’s top 500 fastest growing technology companies.
