Eliminate costly reworks and reduced product introduction time by checking design intent and manufacturability up front on board fabrication data. Problems found during this cycle can easily be communicated between design, engineering, and manufacturing, reducing the conventional multiple-day problem cycle to minutes.

CheckMate is a suite of tools for the PCB designer to check the manufacturing data generated by the design system. By doing this before sending it to the manufacturer CheckMate dramatically increases productivity. This product automates verification (eliminates Gerber viewing), conducts a netlist extraction and compare, and gives an analysis of the manufacturability of the design to various specifications.

"CheckMate is easy enough to use that every design is checked by the designer and then by one other person in the group. This has greatly reduced (nearly eliminated) the errors that get to manufacturing." - CheckMate User

CheckMate goes beyond traditional DRCs by comparing the actual data to design and fabrication requirements and giving statistical analysis after automatically reading incoming data including netlists, Gerber, and aperture lists.

The entire process is done with minimal operator intervention and potential problems are immediately communicated with the design center. Finding and fixing these problems prior to the fabrication cycle dramatically increases productivity by reducing reworks.
